Terms of service
These terms apply to App Shots at https://screenshots.delicateapps.com, run by Mag. Armin Lanzinger, Bienerstraße 1, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria ("we"). Contact: armin.lanzinger@gmail.com.
1. What App Shots does
You list the addresses of public web pages. Our server opens each page in a browser, once as a computer screen and once as a phone, and saves screenshots and, if you choose so, a video that scrolls through the page. You can download the results and, if you want, share them on a page of App Shots cards.
2. Free use
Without a pack you can take screenshots of up to 3 sites a day, at card size. Free use is a courtesy: we may limit or pause it, for example when the server is busy or to stop misuse.
3. Packs and credits
A pack is a one-off purchase of credits; there is no subscription. One credit pays for one site with every option you choose, including up to 20 further pages of that site found by following its links, if you choose crawling. If the address you entered cannot be photographed, its credit is returned automatically; pages found by crawling that cannot be photographed are not credited separately. Credits stay valid for two years from the purchase. The prices shown are final prices; as a small business (Kleinunternehmer, § 6 Abs. 1 Z 27 UStG) we charge no VAT. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Your credits are tied to a private link that we show after the purchase and that is stored as a cookie in your browser. Keep it safe: anyone with the link can use your credits. If you lose it, write to us with your payment receipt and we will give you a new link.
4. Right of withdrawal for consumers
If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts on the day of the purchase. To withdraw, send us a clear statement, for example by email to armin.lanzinger@gmail.com; you may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
When you buy a pack you ask us to start right away. If you withdraw after you have used part of your credits, we refund the price of the unused credits; the sites already taken are paid in proportion. Your right of withdrawal ends once all credits of a pack have been used. We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, through the payment method you used.

5. What you may photograph
Only list pages that you are allowed to photograph and to use in the way you plan, for example your own sites or your clients' sites. Do not use App Shots for pages with illegal content, to get around access controls, or to reach systems that are not public. Our server only visits public internet addresses. We may refuse or delete batches and share pages that break these rules, and report illegal content.
6. Storage and sharing
Screenshots and videos are deleted 7 days after a batch finishes. A share page is public to everyone who has its address and stays online for 90 days unless you stop sharing earlier. Share pages ask search engines not to list them. Please download what you want to keep: we keep no backups of screenshots.
7. Availability
We take care to keep App Shots running, but cannot promise that it is always available or that every site can be photographed; some sites block automated browsers or look different to them.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are not liable for slight negligence. Mandatory consumer protection law remains unaffected.
9. Law and changes
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where they live. For businesses, the courts of Innsbruck have jurisdiction. We may update these terms for the future; purchases already made remain under the terms that applied to them.
